What happened to it just before the problem started?
Do those usually light up this same way during normal operation?
If not, it probably is an error code. In that case, what does it's manual say, if anything, that this combination of indicators means?

Perhaps a botched firmware update, try this kukirin ota android APK and use it to reset the controller

A battery disconnect of a few minutes will also reset a botched update, if this doesn't work, may need an actual esp32 programmer to reprogram it and without a raw firmware file you may as well update to vesc or something
hey idk where you found that file for the G4, but im having the same issue on my kukirin G3 can you help me please
