Hello all, I have an EV conversion using a Sevcon G4 controller. It ran for several months, then it died on road with error code Throttle value (0x2620,0) is greater than 20% at power up. I am using a 12V hall type throttle with 0-5V analog output, and when I look at the throttle output in DVT is looks normal. The error happens as soon as the output hits .5V then resets when throttle is released. What I have tried so far:
- reran all wiring - no change
- Tried a different throttle with 5V powering and 0-5V output - no change
- Hooked up the digital input to the Sevcon from the throttle on switch and configured it in the controller (and confirmed it is being correctly read)- no change
- Reset the throttle limits multiple times in the DVT wizard - no change
- Manually set the low limit in DVT on the throttle to .5V, that triggered a different throttle error for analog input wire off
