Leaf Motor Whistling Sound Problem.

Hi guys, I just finished setting up my 16inch 1000w leaf motor but there's something that I couldn't figure out. At low speed, the motor kept producing this whine/whistling sound. I have attached a video for it. I tried googling about it but couldn't find much info.

Did anyone encountered something similar?

soudns like it may be a false positive hall/phase combo?

Thank you for the tip! Sorry I don't use the forum alot.

I emailed leafbike support, they mentioned something about the rubber ring not being done properly from the factory and that I could remove it and the sound will go away. Hmmm but what's the downside of removing the rubber ring?
