LiFePO4 polymer battery for e-bike

What is internal resistance for each pack and what are the burst current ability ?

What is the price per Ah ?

What does the calendar life look like - by which I mean, how long will the battery last if it just sits around? Early LiFePO4 batteries had impressively large cycle time counts, but not particularly impressive calendar/shelf life (<3 years). Is this still an issue?

Are these LiFePO4, or are they C-LiFePO4?

Since they have only 1000 cycles at low discharge rate (0.5C), so calendar life is not very important especially if you want discharge them at 1C rate or above.

If you recharge them twice a day and discharge them at high rate so after 10 month they could be over.

So what is the difference if they have 2 or 3 calendar life years ?
10 months it is less than 2 bike's riding seasons.

Like I said 'if you don't ride one bike all the time'

Some people have more than one vehicle

5 months a year is not the all time, or ten months a year 3 times a week - also.

If you what use them occasionally than calendar life is important for you. If you use them only few times a week it is not important at that particular case as that batteries have low cycles number declared.

OK aiicsu,
I'm ready when you are. 48V to 72V 20Ah with charger. Want light weight small size battery. Want it available in any quantity. Want it now or in the very near future.

Take a look at http://www.gbp-battery.com

internal resistance is less than 150m ohm
How much less ?
At 150m ohm and 40A burst load (10Ah @4C ) the voltage sag is 6V.
It is heavy sag, so it is very important parameter.

aiicsu said:
burst current ability is about 4c-5c
the price is base on burst current .

So what is the price at 4C ?

Regards

it is about $2.3 per ah

Is it competitive price to that ?

my price is package price, not for single cell.
if you need single cell ,the price is less than $2.0
What would a 36 volt 12.5 ah pack with bms and charger cost :?:

So what is your price for single cells at 4C and 5C burst discharge rates ?

LiFePO4 polymer battery for e-bike is avialable
it is polymer battery
the capacity is 5-200Ah
cycle life :>1000 times 75% initialization capacity (@0.5C charge and diacharge rate)

1000+ times at what DoD ?

What would be shiping cost/ shiping time to Poland ?
Is this possible classify them as RC components (free of tax duty - in Poland ) ?

Has anyone sent money to Aiicsu? I have a fear of sending money to people in far away countries. No offence Aiicsu, but there are bad people who take money and do nothing. First thing that Western Union money transfer girl say before she takes my cash is "Do you know the person you send money to?" Aiicsu you do type like a very honest person.

Aiicsu - Got a suggestion for you. Go here http://www.domain-website-hosting.com think they connected with http://www.godaddy.com Pay $3.99 a month and set up a simple web site. There are cheaper hosting companies, but these guys have 24 hour questions. List some complete lithium batteries with chargers, total prices, weight, size, electric info, and a picture or two. Look what I do http://www.voltev.com it only took about a hour. If you don't know how to make a web site, your kids will help you. I can help too.

it is 100% DoD

so what is cycle life at 80% or 70% DoD for comparision ?

How long these cells have been tested so far ?
Anybody else can confim your results ?

First of all he/she need verifyable results i think.
The best way to do it are low DoD test at high charge/discharge rates.
This way is possible to do many cycles at short period of time.

If he has right (competitive product) aimed at right target group the web site is not especially important.

eP,
Please recommend a better, lower cost way to advertise a product. Better then a free web site?
If he has a competitive product aimed at right target group than he dont need advertise at all.

All what he need is to publish test results and first customers which they really looking for that product.
Happy customers than give him free and the best advertise and recommendations.

Did anyone purchase anything from aiicsu? I'd like to try one of these packs and wondered if anyone else has gone that route.

I PM'd aiicsu a few weeks back, haven't heard back, and after 5 months of participation, it doesn't look like he has posted anywhere since June 23rd.
