In a 16" rim it's OK but laced into a 26" bike wheel most people would find the performance underwhelming, and the efficiency at higher torques would be piss poor.
The best torque to weight ratio (as opposed to just the 'lightest') of any commercial DD ebike hub motor is almost for sure the BionX D. That has better continuous power than most 7+ kg DD chinese motors, and as others have mentioned here it weighs just 4 kilos.
