Hi all,

Looked every where but still didn’t find an answer.
I want to make a 3 pin cable between my trottle and controller on my sons ouxi gt2000 to limit the speed to 6kmpu. I know this has been done but I can’t find out how. I allready have the male/female cables, but need to know what components to add and how.
The cable has black: mass, red: +-5v and blue: signal as far as I understand
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

Using only the throttle wires described, you can limit the full throttle voltage. Depending on the type of controller, this can equate to either limiting speed or power. If the latter, you won’t be able to precisely limit speed, but you can try to see if the result is acceptable. If not, you’ll need a solution that has a feedback loop from the speed input and some circuit logic.
The Grin cycle analyst can do what you want, but it would be a more expensive solution if you were to only utilize that feature out of all the things it’s capable of.
