works well for me. Easy to control. No fuss

I too have that from DIY and am very happy with it.
Using It with a pair of VESCs and also never has an issue.
Batteries lasted about 6 weeks but I was using it quite a bit.

Here's another one but with a thumbwheel. Looks like it's rechargable too

Maybe its just i have some settings wrong however-

I've had some trouble with the DIY mini remote, when i full throttle its only about 80% and when braking its set to -120%
Now this can be adjusted in VESC under the PPM tab however, when you turn off the remote without turning off the remote first, the board will shoot forward.

Also, after riding for a few days, it seems to get "out of line" and letting the throttle go to neutral doesn't mean 0% -- which if you do with the throttle trim adjustments on the remote itself cause the VESC to shoot to HEAVY throttle if you his turbulence in your signal or you turn off the remote before you turn off the board.

Any advice @Torqueboards?

Yeah, it works great. http://diyelectricskateboard.com/product/torqueboards-2-4ghz-mini-remote-controller/

I've been using it for 3+ months now. (2) AA batteries will last about 2-3 months. No drops. 100% reliable.

Is there a "cruise button"? i need to change my Wiiceiver and could not find it at diyelectricskateboard...
