motor characteristics

I'm comparing 2 outrunner motors from specs provided. I'd like to know how their performance would differ running from the same 6S battery pack (not simultaneously).

Both are kv270s with similar rated power outputs.
Motor 1: 8 windings & 0.031 ohms resistance
Motor 2: 14 windings & 0.059 ohms resistance

looks odd that they are specified with same Kv ...
If they are motors belonging to same manufacturer and series, I would expect a typo ...
Considering the 8 turn is having a lower resistance than the 14 turn,
the resistance is roughly proportional to turns,
I would exclude they are configured differently (wye - delta) ...
If they are the same configuration and pole numbers the answer to your question is given:
the 8 turn will rotate definitely faster
