Mountain Board Truck dimensions..-Alien Drive

Hi Guys..
I've had loads of request for a kit to suit Mountain Board Trucks,,so im hoping you can help me..(as i don't own any)
I need the dimensions of popular trucks such as:-

Scrub
MBS Pro matrix
MBS Vector
Trampa Infinity


I need the cross section dimensions..

if you can give me the dimensions..ill 3D print an insert and you can test fit it.
this is how the brackets fit..3D printed inserts or water jet alloy..

I have actually been thinking about this design (and using 3d prints ) for quite a while now..i just needed a kick up the arse to get me moving..

The measurements are about 22mm each. I took photos for you:

These trucks are a bit of a nightmare as they are tapered, plus they have 2 flat sides and 2 rounded sides (they are not truly round nor truly square), and they have the brake mount hole. Looks like about 13mm between end of truck and start of brake mount where the truck is not tapered at least:

Looks really nice. Belt drive I see, any thoughts on offering a chain drive version?

yes- you easily change from belt to chain.. the sprocket will sit on the hub drive just as easily as the belt drive pulley

this is great !! i've been looking for a Drive Hub for my MBS pro.

is this for a 15mm belt ?
what is the pitch and type of belt ?

I hope to have a small initial batch of 10 Drive hubs available in a month or so..
You can use a 9mm belt,15mm belt of even a sprocket..im just working on the best systems..

yep- and they will also fit a chain sprocket..once ive sorted a decent supplier for them..

Great thread, I'm also interested Especially if someone has trampa infinity trucks, and is willing to measure their crossection, they seem to be the easiest option for electric mountainboard builder (the hanger is just square if I noticed correctly on the photos?)

First initial test batch of the new USB Mount (Universal Bracket Mount) has arrived along with profile clamp rings for 6 trucks..
As always i'm super happy with the finish and quality of the parts-

I'll be sending a couple out to some good customers to test and give there opinion.
These mounts are Universally mountable on both sides of the truck and can be used with any of the drive ratios I sell..
So one size fits all folks..
Not to mention that fact that you can also 3D print a clamp ring for almost any truck if you can design and print it..

Current Truck fitment..

Paris V1/2
Surf Rodz indeez (Hex )
Dont Trip Poppy/and Lucys
Gullwing Sidewinder
Attack Black start RKP.
and with a small amount of filing pretty much any truck can be used..

Im still waiting on some dimension for the Vertigo and Matrix Trucks so i can print some test clamp rings..

I also should have the first batch of Rockstar Hubs arriving soon..

The Hex TKP trucks are pretty nice.. I just got my mounts for the Hex TKP.. I wish the SurfRodz were more normal style trucks so it would be easier to mount too.

are you offering these for sale? If so i'd be interested in using them and providing you feedback based on my results.
my only concern is how to tension to belt if all the holes are mountable and do not offer adjustability?


edit: looks like there is a sliding groove on one portion of the mount for that. PERFECT please let me know,im interested.

yep they will be for sale..in the hope fully a month or two..- i just need to use the batch for some promo shots etc..- i may just wait until after Xmas as most of my customers will be out snowboarding for the next few months..(lucky buggers)
As you pointed out they are completely adjustable.. they adjust just the same as my old version (except 6 bolts now) - the main difference is the multi format clamp ring which is just so versatile..
I will list them on my website as soon as there available and the cost should be around the same as my present kits..
