mt60 amass connector rated current

I checked the specs of amass mt60 on different websites and the "rated current" on one site it's 30A, and on other 45A.. which one is it?
Also I'm not sure if it's rated current per 1/3 poles(bullet/wire), or for the entire collector combined, I guess that it's per pole but please say if you know

mt60, I asked grin about them using xt60 and mt60 on the phaserunner controller. they said no problem pulling 60 amps on xt60 from battery. I pull upto 56 amps. the mt60 I pull upto 90 phase amps to the motor.

The rating is for the whole connector, usually the +/- sides of a single circuit, third is for voltage sensing or a signal wire.

Continuous as opposed to short bursts peak rating.

I have a 35A max current controller, after a 30km ride the connector isn't hot at all, about 104F/40C degrees, so far it's perfect , unlike the common bullet terminals I had before
