MTD Novotrac conversion

Bought this for conversion working and after 1.5 years engine gave up. Looking for some info. What would be RPM at the OEM engine shaft generally? I need to pick the system Voltage to make it close to stock. The stock engine is briggs and stratton 259707-0146-01 but i cant find manual or specs cause its prob too old

Its difficult. So blade tip speed should be 210-230mph. Blade is 66cm or 26".As much as i could dig up blade pulley is 7" or 178mm
and motor pulley is 100mm OD., thats 1:1.78 reduction.
Need to calculate motor rpm from this

When etek was being used as a drop in replacement for mower motors it was ~3500 at 48v and fit in fine. I don’t know if specific mowers may have been different but that worked great on my craftsman
