I need some help from anyone with definite data on this series of motors.
I'm testing a controller (SFOC5 in Hall Sensors'b'Gone thread) that needs some specific motor parameter data to set it up:
kV
Phase resistance
inductance
for both the 3T and the 4T versions.
I've found a few posts with info on that for this series of motors, some in this thread (primarily first post), and some here
https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76109&hilit=mxus
but not all of it matches, and i'd like to find the "definitive" data if there is any.
What I found so far, is:
3T:
kV = 11.89, 11.9, 12.02,
inductance = 230uH
phase resistance = 0.060ohm, 0.072ohm
4T:
kV = 8.9, 8.93,
inductance = uH
phase resistance = 0.110ohms, 0.112ohms
based on:
https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=92101&hilit=mxus#p134506821X3T Winding
Phase resistance = 0.072 Ohms
RPM at 50.2V = 597, 11.89 Kv
1.78A/89.4 Watts No Load
16X4T Winding
Phase resistance = 0.110 Ohms
RPM at 50.2V = 448.2, 8.93 Kv
1.08A/54.2 Watts No Load

3T = 11.9 Kv, 4T = 8.9 Kv,
Torque Constant (Kt): 3T = 0.8Nm/A, 4T = 1.07Nm/A,

3T:
Max. Continuous Phase Current: 55A
Overheat in 10 Minutes: 85A
Overheat in 60 seconds: 242A
4T:
Max. Continuous Phase Current: 42.6A
Overheat in 10 minutes: 66A

this post
https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=92101&p=1346079&hilit=resistance+phase#p1346079
has a pic with an inspection database of certain values, indicating that sometimes significant phase resistance measurement differences occur due to motor-to-controller phase wire length or gauge
Once I'm sure I have the right parameter data, then at least I'll know any issues with the controller are not caused by wrong info there.
