My ebike isn't throtteling help

My ebike isn't throtteling the display is brand new so is the motor and controller the controller is rated for 48v 25ah my motor is 48v 1000w my battery is 48v 25ah all the wiring is correct the hall sensors are all in place so is the motor power cords my display is a tf-100 and I did display error 004 and that error is bad connection I took the controller out plugged everything in and the error code is gone but still no throttle and yes the the brake sensor is not the problem as I unplugged it from my controller please help me

How did you determine your wiring is “correct”? If it’s not running, chances are that it isn’t.

Did you buy the throttle and controller together as a pair (sold together as a set)?
The TF-100 isn’t the typical throttle/display. It outputs a digital signal, not analog like most throttles, so the controller has to be compatible in order to communicate. It almost always used in a scooter configuration and hardware.

It looks like there may be a self learning wire in your pic. Did you run a self learning routine?

yes the controller came with a display and the display was tf100 i think the wiring is correct i put the hall wires into this plastic thing that came with my motor and motor cords to each other (motor to controller) and i plugged them in they worked fine when i was riding but now i dont know

it could be that your hall and phase wire combination may be incorrect. Wire colors are not a reliable way of determining the correct combination (out of 36 possible). There is a flow chart in the following post that can help reduce the number of combinations to test. If your motor isn’t spinning, it’s in a “stuck” condition, so follow the chart on which conductors to swap.

Or could be bad throttle. It happens.

If it has white learning wires you could plug them together for a second while the motor is off the ground to see if your controller is configured correctly, maybe you have a bad connection with Hall or phase wires, if you get it to spin then it is a throttle issue

Is your battery fully charged, turned on, and plugged in secure? These are questions only you can answer
