my new custom sasquatch 72 volts weather proof

Great winterized bike you made, good work.

Did you change the thickness of wire going inside the 9C hub motor? or just left the original thin ones. Just wondering if mine can handle 60 volts without melting the insulation.

there no problem for the melting because its winter I rode in -10 -20 condition

the problem is not voltage for melting phase but the current you put in motor , my 72 volt set up but only 40amps peak draw to the ping battery and 30 amps continuous , my controller is modified to 100 amps that why the battery cut if I want accelerate to fast sometime

the phase wire can hold 60 amps so there no problem

but for my next battery pack I will oversize the wire with 10 gauge silver coated

I will post some more video soon on the road
