my new E bike newbie here.

I'm on the south side near Forest Lake.
I have a range of bicycle tools and DMM I could let you use to tune your bike in exchange for your unwanted bits.
Send me a PM if interested

There is a bike like yours on eBay now but it's in Melbourne http://cgi.ebay.com.au/DYNO-CB24V20...ptZAU_Sport_Cycling_Bikes?hash=item2a061f0483
Sounds like it just needs a new controller from Oatley Electronics (cheaper than $100 USA)

I'll be over that way tomorrow, so could collect the throttle and controller then if you're home. I'll send you a text.

Do you need a crank puller to fit the cyclone kit?

Gday 02Jze,
How did you go with the cyclone kit, any chance of an update ?

Haha :D , probably half of my bikes have been connected in this manner (but soldered) and I've never had a problem. (for 3 years now)
People around here can get a bit funny when they hear of other members doing this though

If you still need a controller, a mate of mine up your way is selling some good one's cheap. (ES member oldhaq) He does good work.

BTW, you didn't take it out in the pissing rain yesterday did you? I did and my bike has stopped, I think I got the bms wet,
no worries though, these ping bms 's work again once dried out (like a mobile phone)

Also, I've blown a hall sensor on my other e-chopper. Gone from 2 powerful ebikes to none in just 2 days.... spew !

Kinda wish I had a car now :?

Cheers
Matt.
