Hi guys
Need some help with wiring up my Kelly properly.
I tried to draw a photo..excuse it for being a bit messing. It was drawn on my phone.
The controller is a 144V model and the dc to dc is also from Kelly.
On the top left side you can see cylinder resistor that Kelly also provides.
I want to charge up the controller caps first so that I dont damage the controller with sudden burst of power. I prefer manually connecting and reconnecting the main battery connector to the main controller connector rather than using a turn on switch etc.
I have 2 battery packs that I switch between from time to time so direct Anderson connectors (which is what Ill be using asap) is easiest for me.
I thought i could connect the inline 20W2JK resistor to a smaller 12 gauge wire/XT60 connector FIRST, THEN plug in the main Anderson power connector to the main controller lead.
Additionally, the dc to dc will be always connected to the controller on both input and output as pictured UNLESS that is a mistake and needs to be changed.
Hope you understand what Im trying to do.
Do you think this will be ok?
Thanks for any advice!!
