So I was messing around with the BBSHD open firmware and set the voltage ramp to 100 amps a second just to see what would happen. After I plugged the display back in, I got an error 30H message. I tried flashing back to the stock firmware and setting the ramp back down to lower than 33 amps, but still am getting the same error. I am wondering if I messed up the connector or if I messed something up with the controller itself. Everything else still works, PAS, battery meter (I think, shows full), throttle, buttons to go up and down PAS, lights, etc. Only thing is after 5 seconds of looking normal, the screen jump to 30H Error with the engine light. I can even connect to the controller and re-flash and change settings with the BBSFW software. Only thing that doesn't seem to work is the speedometer, but the display is also only visible for 5 or so seconds before getting taken over by the 30H error message, so I'm not sure if it has enough time to boot the speedometer up or not.

The bbsfw software uses the same connector from controller, so it is what most likely ok,
if you can flash/change settings, and the issue is in the display(or in the connector/wires to it).

Also there's no setting in bbsfw you could change that would cause the issue you're having,
so either replace the display, or fix the cable to it.

No joy, mate. Replaced harness, replaced Higo connector on original display, then replaced the whole display itself... still getting the error.
