To post you will have to make sure it is resized to I think 512x512 I use Irfanview. Then hit the button at the bottom that says " upload attachment " and hit browse to locate the pic and then open and attach.Oh and then click add the file. I'll try. Did you get the stalling problem fixed? oops ok might have to place inline too.22112009273.jpg

My bad, I am a computer newbee.. Someone else will know ..

no but i think its battery problems becuse on 48v i get a lot more range before it starts to cut out. makes sense realy 750w from 36v sla is going to drain pretty fast. so i will keep it at 48v and get lithium when and if.

Hey you got the pic to load.. I would make sure your jumpers between batts are good. At least 12 ga. Cosmicman had the same prob. and that fixed it. I have run 36 and 48 volts on my 9C with infineon controller and no difference except speed. A lot more fun on 48 V though  sla batts will deliver a lot of amps if you demand it. Just not for very long

i'm way ahead, already been out and bought some 12g silicon. will also try to get better conectors seems most conectors on bikes are the same as they use on model cars, there must be somthing better, maybe soldered bullet type ?
how did Cosmicman fix his ?

I think he just replaced the wire between the batteries with 12 ga. or similar. I just use the speaker type connectors since that is what the sla batteries accept.

limey2.. your hub looks just like mine, as does the battery bag.. I got the same one thrown in.

A couple of things -

The main battery wire and fuse (glass fuse type) that came with mine (36v 750w model) actually burnt right through and snapped on the negative wire at the battery that came with the wheel kit. The standard battery wires that came were just not upto the job when on my 3x12v 12ah SLAs

I also upgraded the standard glass fuse and plastic fuse holder that it came with, as the plastic fuse holder had started to melt, I upgraded all wiring to the batteries, and used the blade type fuses and blade holder, 30 amp blade fuse holders and fuses were easy to find on ebay.

Another note with the battery bag, after 3 days the velcrow straps on the underside of the bag actually snapped off that were wrapped around the rear rack, and came appart at the stiching - my 3 SLA's are about 12kg in total and the bag stitching could just not take the weight.

Just a few things to consider, mainly the battery wires, they could have easily caused a fire as I have foam padding around the batteries.
