New Koenigsegg motor.

Axial/radial flux hybrid, 335 hp in a 63lb unit. Available with 2 motor and integrated controller package, and sure to be out of anybody's price range anytime soon, but there's bound to be copies eventually.

5.3 hp per pound.

335 hp / 63 lbs = 5.3 hp/lb.

And I thought I was doing pretty good on my ebike at one horsepower per pound.

David is impressive too. https://www.autodevot.com/2021/12/koenigsegg-develops-compact-inverter-called-david/

It's very impressive, but to bring it back to reality...

1) 335hp is 250kW and that's for 20s, after which is 100kW at 28kg, 3.6kW/kg.
2) Water cooling makes an immense difference.
3) you might notice the David inverter has big cables and... 2 water pipes. 15kg of silicon carbide bolted to water plates is a lot of silicon carbide and water plates.
4) 850V eliminates a lot of copper in wiring. It makes MOSFET package limitations a non issue.

I'm not absolutely certain but I think the water cooled 80100 motors get close to this power density.

If you remove the enormous heatsinks from the controllers we use how do they compare?

Yeah it's pretty awesome.
