No pedal assist

My battery is good, LED display works, no error code, lights work but no pedal assist or throttle on IGO Bonaventure. Seems could be an issue with rear magnet but I cannot find this magnet. Anyone know where to find it on this bike?

Did it ever work correctly?

If so, what happened between the time it worked and the time it did not?

What specifically do you mean by "battery is good"? (what specific tests have been performed?)

What information points you to the "rear magnet"?
