No spare parts for bafang bbs 02 ?

I tried to get a new controller for my bbs 02 48v 500w version.The motor does not work pproperly.It only draws max 6 ah. and I can easily hold it back with my feet on full throttle on the flat.The motor has less power than a normal 250 hub.
So I thought it had to be a controller problem and contacted bms battery and asked if they could get me a new controller.They contacted bafang and emailed me back.I wastold there where no spare parts available.I bought the motor from Amy on aliexpress by the way,she is nice util she has got paid.not much help to get from here after.
Anybody else had a motor problem like this?

Do a search in the Bafang crank drive thread, someone fitted an external controller, shouldn't be to difficult.

Spare controllers are readily available from Greenbikekit. You mau want to specify voltage, throttle etc.

Can't see any controllers, just displays.

Greenbikekit dont have spare controllers.I just got an email from them.But they would check with Bafang next week if they had extra conrollers.But I belive they will get the same answer as Bmsbattery got from them.So if something goes wrong you need to buy a new motor.Anyway,I dont recommand anyone to buy from Amy at aliexpress.

If you're having problems with the vendor just raise a dispute on aliexpress and they'll arrange a refund if the vendor doesn't offer a solution. Ali express offers a similar level of buyer protection to eBay/paypal.

I tried ,no refund.The wanted videoevidence.Not easy to show on video that the motor does not work properly.At that time i didnt have a cycle analyst.And you cant contact aliexpress directly.Amy got here money and after that she didnt respond.

Good news,Amy would get me a new controller.I had to pay 36 usd for shipping.Thats ok,much better the buying a new motor
