Hello.

My bike is only drawing 75 w on full throttle, and has failed motor spinning test due to sensor less starting permeter.

(Info)
- Bafang rm g060, Phaserunner V6, CA3, 72v 24ah
li-ion 60A BMS NBPower Battery
-Throttle Run Through CA3
-not hooked up through CA3 is : temp sensor, torque/pas, (I don’t have that stuff)
- phase runner’s main9 and pas/torque plug not being used, I taped with electrical tape so water doesn’t get in
-Motor position on sensorless cause it says it doesn’t detect hall sensor
- I already completed set up on ca3
-sensor less parameters are
Alignment Hold Time = 20ms
Auto start injection Current = 43.6 v
Autostart Spinup Time = 60ms
Auto start Max RPM = 198rpm

I don’t know what the hell I’m doing, Do y’all know what the hell could be wrong. I’ll attach pictures of everything

Thank you.

also I am not sure if the motor is bafang rmg060 it sure looks like one.

I've never gotten grin controllers to successfully sensorsless start unless I start the bike rolling first.
Thank you for your reply after reading your reply I jumped on my bike, was flooring the throttle and peddling for about two minutes nothing happened.

I already emailed Grin to ask them to help troubleshooting you think they’ll help me?

To be clear I was doing it on the street the bike was moving.

You know if there is a way to tell if either the PR or my motor is bad?

Have you tried reloading default parameters for your specific motor?

Also I think your issue may be in the CA3 settings.

Do you have another controller that is know to work?

I live in Houston and if you'd like to try running your motor with my baserunner controller to see if it's a controller issue I don't mind.

If you're interested send me a DM and we can work out the details.

I feel your pain on not being to figure out why something won't work.
