Not getting any views

I noticed on my build thread that no one seems to read it any longer.
On my latest update I noticed the number of views, 54.133.
I did an update, and at least has got a like on that post. So it seems unlikely that absolutely no one have read it.

Thanks for letting us know.

This should not really be the case - about two weeks ago some of the forum statistics stopped adding up correctly despite the activity level being what it would normally be. I'm not sure if this affects the view count also.

How long has the view counter been stalled for you?

I just rebuilt the caches. I don't see an improvement in the forum statistics on the admin side.
Do you see any difference in the view count of that thread?

No, I just updated and have got both a comment and likes. But not a single view

I don't know if it's working nowadays, but the first info below is for today's XF counts, and the second is for the archived PHPBB's counts for the linked thread, which shows it has been working at some point.

Checking in on this problem.
I popped into admin today and see what looks like the forum correctly generating statistics except one.

Both of these graphs were previously flatlined when I first heard of the view counter issue.



Do you see any change in the view counter issue?

Side note..
Per a search reindex we recently did.. we actually have ~1.65 million posts and a member count around 70k.

So despite the currently false statistics, ES is doing amazing.

Are you asking me? My thread still has the exact same view number as it had when I first started checking. I see a lot of threads having 1-10 views or so, and often one less reply. For example 6 views and 5 replys.

I just checked again and after viewing and refreshing at least 3 times. It does seem to be stuck at 54,133. the same as it's been for at least 2 weeks.
