nylon and aluminum pulley any good?

getting a pulley to match my 5mm htd 9mm width wheel pulley

sdp is out of 16 groove.
how bout this one with nylon:

I've never used anything but aluminum motor pulleys, but I have used cast resin plastic wheel pulleys with great success. They have all held up nicely.
 
I only use steel motor pulleys. Alum will eventually wear down.

Alum for the wheel pulley.

When you think about it each tooth on the motor pulley gets 2.5-3 times more friction with the belt vs the teeth on the wheel pulley. So if they are both alum the motor pulley would wear out much faster.
