Well, It looks like I am not out of the woods yet. As I mentioned in my last post:

http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=15305

I couldn't get my setup running until I connected the 6 wire Astro 3220 to a Castle HV140 correctly (thanks Thud)

Now that I have that squared away, I proceeded to connect my Magura throttle and EVLogix Throttleizer with no luck in the motor turning.

By now, it should be apparent that I am a complete newbie to this.

When I applied power (49.0v) to the throttleizer, the throttleizer's LED went on for 5 sec, the HV140 made it's little sounds and then I waited some more.

I turned the throttle on and nothing...

I know there are a bunch of smart guys out there that can tell me what I am doing wrong??

In the picture, with the connection between the throttelizer and the throttle, I can see that the signal wire is connected to the blue wire, that power is connected to the brown wire, and that negative is connected to the black wire. According to Fechter at http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8520#p129436, the magura's blue wire is supposed to be throttle high, the mag's black wire is throttle low and that the mag's brown wire is the wiper. So, please connect the following colors together and report on how it works.

Throttelizer's wire | Magura throttle's wire.

Red wire to blue wire (positive)
black wire to black wire (negative)
green wire to brown wire (signal)

Thanks Andrew

I've re-connected the throttle wires per your suggestion and everything is working great.
