****EDIT**** Title weight was too high, changed to under 30 lbs
Ok!
Batteries ordered ....... Check!
Light weight Road Bike..Check!
Kepler Drive .... soon to be ordered
63 mm RC motor, ESC and Throttle Interface ... see above.
Throttle TBD ... see above
I sold my Bianchi, (made about $187
) and happened upon this baby at my LBS!
I really got a deal at $100, it had a bike rack on it too that I removed to make room for the future K-Drive
and the Aero Bars are going to make a GREAT low profile "dash board"
It's kinda funny, it has almost the same components (derailleurs) as the Biachi, and I am sure it's about the same vintage, but the brakes and wheels are definitely better, has a cassette instead of a freewheel, which I am tempted to replace with my Campy wheel, but for now I just wana ride it as is.
I'm really excited with the proposition that I might be able to keep the bike as is and just add the K-Drive!
Since I will be staying very light, I don't believe I will need to up-grade the spokes, but if I do, I can always build the Campy wheel with heavier spokes.
It's Cro-Mo steel, and even lighter than my Biachi, even with the added bars!

**** EDIT **** I just realized that reduced to Acronym form my build would be known as EWW!! Oh well,
