It is great to see that this kind of even exist not only at Vancouver!!

the crank also works well with other motors

yeah, too bad you sell his designs though.

Look I really don't care about Karmabike youspeed dave selling my freewheel design I have made that clear to you on another forum. I have this exposed very well and it doesnt bother me what you do, but if you have a conscience it will rot you as a good human being. The difference Karma is exactly like you stated it! In my design you are able to adapt different sprockets and ratios, unlike the cyclone, sick bike parts, W.I are designed for. (though I am sure they can be rigged) The difference is this is the first, to be made particularly for use with the #25 scooter motors, this is the first 1000w currie to be used on a bicyle as I've stated there at Ev. Expo. It has alot of power you should see if you haven't!. I use the axle cup also, which "can" allow different pedals to be used however I prefer the ones on the kranked bks progression bike. Freewheels have been on the market for years but what karmabike fails to mention is there are different designs of them patented.

Yes doc, I run 3600w peak. (36v x 100amp) temporarily. I am careful with it but it is a lot better than it was before with older ratios (pertaining to heat). I still have options for gear reductions but I am satisfied with this.

can you please tell me the model number of that tiny kelly controller, and where you got yours. I must have one of those!

:Kelly KDS36100

You can get it for 69$USD (+19 for waterproofing) @ https://www.kellycontroller.com/shop/?mod=product&cat_id=40,21&product_id=177

Cloudelectric carry it also: http://www.cloudelectric.com/product_p/co-kds36100.htm

I got mine from Cloudev since they have everything for the kit.

Love the angle grinder frankenbike. The currie with the piece of 3/4 plywood also appealed to the carpenter side of me. Kind of thing I'd do, just because I have wood laying around the house. No risk of the frankenbikes getting stolen.

I was about to recommend this thread to my not-mechanically-inclined buddies; the bent wre coat hanger group,

then i read past the first couple of your posts.

Uh. Never mind.
