I just got 100 of these cells. https://batteryhookup.com/products/lithium-polymer-3-7v-4-4ah-16-28wh-w-bms-1 Thinking about a 16s5p config, but not fully decided yet.
Now I need to build my first battery pack ever, and need some charging/testing advice.
1. What charger(s) to get for the individual cells so that I can test them and match them together?
2. Considering the cell-level BMS on all of these cells, do I still need a pack BMS? What will a pack BMS do that the individual BMS's will not do?
