A fine (pancake) motor, which reaches about 600 rpm, and has a good torque.
The system would use the larger gear of the rear set of gears (teeth 42).
In the motor, a gear 18 teeth, type freewheel.
It would be feasible?

Wider stators tend to be more efficient.. how about a small yet wide RC motor tucked behind the seat or perhaps between the seat tube and the wheel?

Thanks for the answers.
I have a bike with hub center engine, but consider the set (motor + battery) with 9 kg too heavy.
What I seek is to have a motor only to assist in climbing. I want the bike remains ... a bicycle. For this, consider the total weight should be less than 2 kg (Ex: Grubber Assist).
Neptronix: I believe the RC engine is too thick, and, moreover, should have a gearbox. In addition, it will be far from the set of rear wheels, like a chain as short as possible.
Amberwolf: I will study your post and the engine you used (Toyota radiator fan motors).
Suggestions on fine engines will be welcome, as printed circuit motors with gears.

One day Id like to try something like this with added hall sensors to make a very light weight 24v booster with a 9t-90t mini chain combo :)
