In an interview a few months ago LFP mentioned that Zero is potting their packs, making them waterproof. What would be good materials for us DIYers to do something similar?

Shrink wrapping isn't potting. Allcell's stuff isn't for sale

I would avoid materials that get very hard when cured like epoxy. Lots of added weight, and potentially serious problems come with thermal cycling. eTrike is on the right track, I think.

plasti-dip, hi temp (amber color) hot glue or go crazy and use bondo.
