Hello All,
I am still gathering items for my Hub Motor build and I have a questing in regards to power distribution. I plan to use 2ea 4s 16000 mah Lipolys on a 2 motor build. I plan to have the batteries down the center of the board or possibly one at each end and run a double diagonal setup. My thought is to plug each battery into a power distribution/breakout board which makes the pack a 8S 16000. Then form the board run the wires to the ESC at each end of the board. Id like to also have my Balance taps either go to this board or to an access in my electronics cover so I can charge. I am sure the guys with the large R/C planes do this so that they dont have to remove the packs all the time. I will get me as much riding as I need so my need to remove packs to replace with charged packs is not a priority. What I would like is a way to just attach my charger form the outside and charge both packs in parallel. I have an EP buddy parallel board as well. Also I need a single ON/off switch. I plan to use two VESC speed controls running the CAN buss to each. So what is the best setup to do all this and if I need to buy things, can I get a link?
