Power Eagle motor controller.

Hi all; I have a power eagle controller (48v 750w) that I got from a 2009 veloteq cougar xr8. I was wondering if someone could tell me what the wires are for. I think I know the power, motor, and hal wires. but there is a purple and grey wire with the throttle wires. That I have no idea what they're for. Any input would be greatly appreciated

these are the wires I'm having trouble with. does anyone know what the purple and grey wires are for above the throttle wires? Thanks for any input.
