Powernet ADC7520 as LiPo charger

There are various apparent limitations listed within the datasheet.
1. Input voltage - it can only output full power if you feed it 220V. On 110V it will only put out about third its rated power.
2. Output voltage - yes it will go as high as 72V, but you need 75V to properly charge an 18S pack. Even so, this charger will only deliver full charge current up to about 55-60V. Beyond this voltage the current drops linearly to zero at 72V. So realistically I would use this for 16-17S max. lipo pack.
 
Still, this little device would plain kick ass for a 12-15S 15-20Ah lipo pack. As light as 2kg, it outperforms King Pan chargers that weigh 5-6kg.
