Problem with Gazelle battery

Hello guys .... I have a problem with the battery from my gazelle bike. The battery is ( gold ) and when I want to start the battery from the bottom is flashing the led’s from the display... and is not working ... what can be ? I check also the amps from the battery and all is good . I already put the short movie on YouTube with the error: https://youtu.be/abWtAV7C6rQ . It's probably an error code. According to this:

you'd have to check the manual to find out what that specific error code means.
