Hello,
I got a new TSDZ2 and now installed OSF v20.1C.2. I had already successfully done this on another bike a year ago. The only two differences from the first bike are a different display (now VLCD6 instead of VLCD5) and a smaller battery. I changed this information in the input mask. Now, after flashing, no speed is displayed, and only one bar shows a full battery! What did I do wrong?

i would think that one of these happened;

-something went wrong with firmware: try installing osf again
-your display connection is bad: see if all plugs are good and replug all cables again

No speed? OSF firmware prefers a different magnet spacing to speed the sensor. Mine didn't work either with OSF, but it did when I went back to OEM firmware. I went back to OSF and fiddled around with the sensor til it worked. I recall that if it were too close, I would get double and triple hits,

Battery? The numbers flashed onto the display during powerup for VLDC5 include a percent reading and voltage. Like 10.0 is 100%, followed by a numeric voltage. You might look to see if that works. The battery usage is also calculated off the default number (180WH in your case). It's not really important to me.

thank you all for your answers !
also i see on your picture your battery capacity is only 180wh. is that right?
yes thats right !

display-connection: the display (VLCD6) worked normal before OSF was installed. Did not disconnect it
speed-sensor: tried a second one, also in different locations.....no changes...
battery: tried a bigger one.....also only one bar in the display
OSF: tried several installations...

Unfortunately, I can't think of anything else now:(
