Problems with a gen4 controller

Hi everybody.

I have a sevcon controller gen4 size 2 mounted on a electric vehicle, the electric system works ok, but when I accelerate, the motor start but immediately it stops, and the sevcon controller give me 11 flashes, also, when the motor's shaft is in determined position, the sevcon controller give me 11 flashes, I check the sensor wiring and it's ok, and the vehicle worked ok before.

Do you have Ixxat USB-CAN card and DVT software for tuning? Or even Sevcon Clearview display? Otherwise it is hard to give advise

I have the Ixxat USB-CAN card but I don't have the DVT software, I've tried ask for it to sevcon company, but they don't answer me and I've been gogleing from the morning to the night searching the software en anyplace .

Seams you have an encoder issue. Give some more info of your setup..
