Problems With Tq Speed Sensor

Hi there, I have a Mondraker Neat with a TQ engine, and I removed the battery to change the rear brake. When I reassembled everything and went to test the bike, I got the WRN 0601 SPD SENS alarm. I have tried everything ( clean magnet, clean connectors, reset the bike, sensor distance, try another wheel...) and there is no way for it to work, I don't know if it could be the entire sensor cable, some software or update problem, I have sent emails to TQ and they don't respond, let's see if anyone on this forum has experience and could give me a hand! Thank you so much!

Hmmm. Maybe a wire got pinched during re-assembly? Maybe put a magnet right up to the sensor and move it back and forth to see if speed shows up on the display?

The owners manual states
“oversize 15mm axles, integrated dropout speed sensor, exclusive plastic motor covers.”
Would it be possible to provide a pic of the sensor?
