Prodeco X3 V3.5 vs Bafang 750W Mid Drive

Greetings,
I've been in the shadows for a while and have decided to purchase my first ebike. I've test drove some cheaply made expensive mid drives and a Prodeco X2. I currently own a Cannondale Bad Boy and like the thought of converting that by using the new Bafang Mid drive due to the light weight and the weight distribution. However, the Phantom X3 seems to be a nice complete bike for the money. Although I'm not sure of the weight of the bike they are built like a tank and the warranty is nice ande I have a local supplier here in Seattle. I guess my question is what is the best route to go for my daily round trip commute of 22 miles with some significant hills inbetween? Thanks for any advice.

I 've got a Prodeco Phantom X2. It won't do 22 miles unless you slow way down and peddle like crazy. I can limp in at 25 miles, but only by peddling constantly and averaging only 15 mph.

Don't get me wrong, it is a good bike for what it does and if that meets your need, great. Otherwise keep reading and make sure what you buy meets your needs. I didn't and am currently upgrading. An expensive mistake.
