Proper 3S 22Ah lipo 20A charging current BMS

Hello,

I'm looking for a proper 3S BMS that follow this critiries price is not an issue:


3S Lipo
20A-30A charging current
4.2V cell cutt off
3.3V cell cutt off
balancing

I don't get all the BMS available out there whe is the high cut off voltage always so high and the low cutt off is always so low (Around 2.5V-3.0V)
