Fair warning this is probably not the place to ask this but I have not idea where to ask so I'm looking for clues.
I designed some wheels that spin 360 degrees that are based on NASAs mrv wheels. Check out the videos I have on my channel:

I have ideas about how to control the wheels that will make driving very fluid and I want to simulate this somehow on the computer before any physical prototyping. I think doing this will help me communicate my control ideas. The controls for the vehicle would be gas, brake and steering wheel as all cars have then a "direction knob" that you point towards the direction you want to go. The wheels would all be controlled with software but I have no idea what language to learn or how to control the wheels. I would think I could start simulating this system with some tool but I have no idea where to look or what language to look into learning to control these wheels. Any wayfinding or advice appreciated! Thanks.
