i am going to try it on my derbi senda frame with a sabvoton 72200 controller,need more torque....hope that it will satisfy me

Do you have the mounting figured out yet? I have a rough idea how to do it but ideas are welcome. I'm soon posting in my Rieju thread

Its on the bike for a couple of months now and i am using the support for the suspension to attach it

Could you take some pics? I will use this mounting also but since i will go with belt drive then the assembly needs to be stiffer and alignment is more critical..

Under the motor i attach it with bolds, i drilled new holes with tread.

No this is a 420 chain

How does it hold up? I'm kinda worried that I might need a 520 Chain at +10Kw.

Also how is the noise at higher speeds?

I'm not worried that it'll be too loud. I'm just curious.

The 420 hold up good there is a little stretch but that is normal i guess

Nice mounting! I will need a position to the front of the pivot point by 12cm to fit the belt length so i'll need to make an extension to fix the motor. Some things are better with chain..

I will not miss the oil splatter though :wink:

Do you know how many slots this motor has? I cannot find any data.

That was a picture send by qs to show the stator

Made a 3 hour trip today with the 72150 set at 250battamps and 450 phaseamps this at 58 volts.
The motor runs strong and with no overheating, i am very happy with the motor
Tested also foc and set it at 150amps, now with a 6 to 1 reduction it can run at 90km/u

nice, the QS 3000 looks like it was made for that frame. Is that a custom frame? Do you have a build log? I'm thinking of the QS 1000w for my next build. Does anyone know the weight of the 1000w? I can't find it. If you're getting 16kw from the 3000 I'm thinking I can get 5kw from the 1000. These motors are so long I've been thinking hard how to fit them between my pedals.
