remember old small e-scooters: HCF pacelite polaris

Just wonder how they fine they has been made. large amount of aluminum. strong wheels etc to ride at up to 130kg rider.
just upgraded to new DD wheel 350W (800W in peak). new battery li-ion 67V 400wh. IT ride at 38 km/h and it still weight 19.9kg.
can't understand large weight of modern powerfull scotters like dualtron.
