Some of us are looking for a potting compound that is

easy to remove without damaging components
thermally conductive

perhaps also flexible, "squishy" rather than rigid

Suggestions please

Clearly Vasilli isn't going to say.
What that tells me is that the potting in NUC controllers is not very serviceable or removable.
Basically, get a potted controller and forget any hope of getting the stuff back out of it again.
I don't see what the issue is with just saying "We use XYZ potting".

Uhhhh...sure....

How does telling everybody you use X brand of commercially available potting in any way open up Nucular to competition?
I can buy various potting options from many sources easily.
I'm dead sure that there are many companies out there using whatever potting Nucular uses.
Ah well...he's not going to say...go figure???
