I have an original Sondors thin I ride every day and the bike is mechanically starting to wear out, I've roughly 30,000km and move a lot of cargo in an urban setting with a trailer. I replaced the motor transmission 6 months ago and now the motor bearings showing extra play from wear, the wheel shifts side to side. I've checked spokes and axel and they are tight. I need to order the bearings for the next repair. Sondors support doesn't know how to get this information and Bafang doesn't have an end user support channel. Does anyone have details? Hopefully, I can locate a heavy duty version of the bearing. I should also get the front bearings too but can't find a listing for those either.

You are gonna have to take it apart and look at the bearing numbers then, unless someone on here knows the dimensions.

It may not be the bearings themselves; it could be the internal "spacers" between the bearings and axle shoulder, missing or worn thru.

It can also be the bearings cutting into the axle itself; I've had this happen with an HSR3548 rear hubmotor. Makes the motor wiggle around the axle on that side; it can feel like a side-to-side shift at first before it gets bad.

In general, once you have the bearing out and in your hand, a good bearing shop can find a replacement for you, or even have it in stock. Same bearings in lots of stuff.

Found the bearing number, it was cast into the bearing seal, 6003 RS.
I edited the image to make the code more visible.
These are cheap $2 Chinese bearings.

I went and splurged on higher quality Japanese bearings to replace them.

Good to hear! Chinese bearings really are crap.
I replaced some on a 250W Bionx motor only to have them fail on my friend 1 year later.
I only use NSK or FAG Bearings for things that I need to last.
