Cheapest and quickest way to build a more mainstream size trike and better suited to the power, can be registered in America and almost every country except Australia :(
Price seems $2,000 to $4,500
If I could get it registered I would buy in a heart beat. $4,900 aud or nearest offer here.

I need smaller KW packs.
I think I might get by with two 4kw packs.
They would weigh around 200lbs.
This would be better for overall weight of the EV.

My thinking for a light, strong, very good life time, with save 18650 Quality cells 100V pack is:

24S 20P 2,1Ah cells (15c)

Voltage: rated: 24 x 3,70V: 88,80V

Voltage max: 24 x 4,20V: 100,80V

Kapa: 20 x 2,10Ah: 40,20Ah

Wh: 88,80V x 40,20Ah: 3569.76wh

weight: 480 x 50gr.: 24kg

max current: 603A

costs: 24 x 20 x 4,60: 2208 Euro

charger:

-2 x Hyperion 1420net with sync mode, 1100W charger power and balancer set-up for home and balancer charging from time to time

-charging time: 40,20Ah : approx. 10A charging current: 4h

-for superfast charging and as travelling charger

- 2x Siemens 50,40V PS with 2 x 2000W

-charging time: 40,20Ah : approx. 40A charging current: 1h

-or 2x 2xSiemens 50,40V PS for approx. 30min

For the last 6 month I test (+100cycles!) the new Sony cells with great results, my standard size is 12S8P, I have 4 sets for my Race-Trike and all is great!

Thank you very much for the battery pack configuration numbers!
I am planning to use individual battery packs for each of the two 4535 Astroflight motors. I will need two 24kg battery packs? 52kg is very lightweight. I have a 90kg to 100kg option of battery weight total.

I forgot to ask to see photos of your BMS wiring.
I am buying this resistance soldering iron for assembling the battery pack.

Hi,

please have a look to my thread:

http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=54877#p817891

This batterys are good for high current discharge! A inexpensiv resistance soldering is only for medium or low current discharge.

How much is your estimate dischage current?
