S866 Speed lebel not working on new controller

I recently changed my ebike controller and s866 display ,both provided by same seller,but speed level 1-5 and 1-3 not working. Level 1 has same speed as level 5. So i tried changing all settings of s866 display, nothing fixed it. So i think i should change phase wire and hall wire to work it. So before i proceed with all 36 combination, please anyone confirm me if wrong combination affect speed level not working or working ??

This will help exactly nothing! Why do you still trying to achieve something, that the controller firmware simply doesn't provide, as written in the other thread already?
If you don't want to use PAS anyway and want speed levels with the throttle, buy a scooter controller+dashboard. They are dirt cheap.

Sounds like he’s following that old saying, “If it ain’t broke, break it”, and in a very random but creative manner.

Generally when using a throttle, when you want less power or speed, you twist it less.
