Hate to say it but generally anything bluetooth sounds like crap due to the compression. You would be better off with a decent amp and some waterproof marine grade speakers on the bike. Maybe the one from ebikes.ca - I've been running that on my trike for over 10,000 miles now, with awesome sound, and it likes 24-80?V range DC input, anywhere in that range.

Not bad,i got cheap and bought 2 jambox fakes and plug them in 3.5 to a mp3 player it all was under 40 bucks shipped.it sounds good enough.
