Sevcon Gen4 help!

I'm still tweeking my motorbike setup, and am after some advice. Standard Motenergy ME0907 motor, all running fine. At low revs up to about 2000 revs torque is excellent, I can draw about 150amps with no problems, but as I up the revs, I can't seem to pull more than about 100 amps. The batteries are 60AH and good for 3C continuous and at least 5C pulsed. I've been through all the settings, and can't see anything obvious. I top out at about 50mph,which is about right for my gearing, but I'm sure there is more power available at higher revs. Could it be to do with timing, or field weakening? any suggestion gratefully received.

Well I am trying to pair Sevcon with ME4201 motor, similar to ME907.
But I am stuck
It reports following faults:
0x4F41 internal fault-internal software fault
0x5044 param dyn range error.

I have no idea how to deal with that

Well if someone can provide me dcf files for ME4201 and ME913 motor will be great 8)
