Struggling to find correct fitments for nuts and tourqe arms

Hi

I have recently ordered new tourqe arms and nuts/washers first set was 14x10mm and was just slightly 2 big. just recived the 12x10mm and they will not go over the threads i am struggling to find the correct ones i need, does any one have any links or tips on were to get the correct fitting ones my wheel is an mtx39 2000watt i am trying to find the correct fitments and were i live there isent any one to really make them for me as its not all that common round here. If you need more pictures more than happy to get more.

Yes this ^^^ and how close it to fit over the axle? If it is really close almost, then that is just about perfect. You will carefully flat file the holes until they are a press fit. This ensures max. TA efficiency.
 
On the drive side you do not have much left in the way of threads on the axle.
What about a picture of the other side of the bike. Perhaps it is better suited for Torque Arm installation.

Current manufactured Torque Arms tend to be 'sloppy' by design.
That way "one size fits many".
I am not saying that is a good thing, just a fact.

For the DIY ebiker there is no substitute for a set of dial calipers (about 20-30 US$ on Amazon).
