Hi.

I'm looking for a suitable bike to convert for my first ebike. I'm pretty much settled on a Bafang BBSHD or BBS02, so I want a good frame for the motor and battery.
I've got an option to buy a Specialized FSR from 2005. Do you guys think it fits the bill?

It looks to me like the triangle has enough room for a bottle/dolphin/shark type battery.

Thanks

Have a read of this thread. Pretty much the same advice here as there. https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=75941

Have a look at a Santa Cruz blur. I just bought one for a BBS-02 conversion. If you use the search function another ES member has done the same with some pics. He measured the triangle and there should be plenty of space for either a shark/ dolphin pack

A necro thread I know but yes you can... and I did.
